The role
Support the Chef de Partie with mise en place, cooking to recipe, food safety and kitchen hygiene. Rotating across hot line, cold kitchen and banqueting.
What you need
- 2+ years kitchen experience
- Food hygiene knowledge (HACCP a plus)
- Basic English
- Experience certificates
